We had Americlean come to our mother's home to clean her kitchen carpet which was badly stained in several places and had not been cleaned for many years. When the technician came, we were concerned whether he could get the stains out and he assured us with confidence that he could. We were amazed with the results. It was not overly wet when he finished like past experiences I've had with another cleaning service. When I called them to set up an appointment, they were very courteous and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Americlean again!

We were very pleased with the service we received recently where we had the ducts and furnace cleaned. The representative was very friendly and did an excellent job of explaining what the service would consist of. He was efficient and thorough in completing the job. We were particularly thankful that he was able to access the outside dryer vent in the top level of the house. That vent was badly in need of cleaning. We appreciated his understanding in taking care to do the work while being conscientious of the fact that we had two cats on the loose in the house and didn't want them to get out. He was most accommodating in arranging the hoses with the necessary obstacles around the door so that our curious cats were unable to make an unwanted exit.
This is the 2nd time we have used your service in the past several years and we have been very pleased with the results both times.
